The Futureheads decided to write a Christmas song about how Christmas was better in the ’80s. I think I’m going to have to agree with them.

Here’s another artist I’ve never heard of before seeing their video. This has definitely gotten me interested.

Fol Chen has a new video for “C/U” from their album “Part II: The New December”, out on Asthmatic Kitty. I find it odd that more people don’t know about this band. I really thought they were going to blow up 2 years ago.

Here’s an all girl rock group from Sweden. It’s so much different than most of the stuff coming out of Sweden over the last few years. Kinda reminded me of a poppier Mika Miko with a bigger recording budget.

Chief’s “Modern Rituals” would probably be #1 on my list of most underrated albums of 2010. Here’s a video for “The Minute I Saw It.”

The Go! Team is back! It’s been quite a long time, like 4 years, since I’ve heard anything new from this band. Looks like they haven’t missed a beat.

I’ve never heard of Active Child, but I really love this song and video. I’m immediately going to try and find more of their music after posting this.
